On behalf of the Beta Pi Sigma Chapter, WELCOME!
We were chartered April 13, 1951 in Durham, NC and currently service both Durham and Orange counties. Our goal is to serve and advocate for the greater good nationally, regionally and locally. We are a chapter of love, understanding, encouragement and solidarity.
Sigma Gamma Rho achieves greater progress in the areas of education, health awareness and leadership development.
We continue to grow through Sisterhood, Scholarship and Service.

Since being chartered in 1951 by 11 prestigious women Beta Pi Sigma has grown significantly and made an imprint in the Durham community and surrounding areas. With our Sorority's mission of empowering women and children, we have established the necessary partnerships to fulfill our sorority's mission and vision.
